About Google Webmaster Tools


I want to try weather Google Webmaster Tools can be used on personal blog.
This is for

Verify a Site.

I use "Add a meta tag" to verify.

Soon I failed, because "The verification meta tag is in the wrong location on the page. It must be within the first (HEAD) section of the page."
